Help us celebrate this first federally funded health and wellness project for lesbian/bisexual women 40 and over. DIFO is a 12-week program that focuses on improving health at any size through increased physical activity, reduced stress and improved nutrition. We also believe that building community—and having fun while you’re at it—is a great way to improve your health and well-being. So, come join us if you can at the LGBT Center for the second salon/dance:

• 2-5 p.m. games, discussions, activities
• health information
• 3-5 p.m. dancing!!
