At
The Center's Economic Development Department, we believe a
secure financial foundation is possible for everyone in our
community. We have designed three unique programs to help
you flourish:
Workforce Development
Workforce Development helps to increase the number of satisfactorily employed
LGBT people.
Business Development
Business Development helps LGBT entrepreneurs create and grow small businesses.
Financial Growth and Development
Financial Growth and Development helps stimulate self-sufficiency through guidance
in financial savings and long-term investments in both housing
and businesses.
The Transgender Economic Empowerment Initiative (TEEI)
TEEI helps transgender individuals achieve financial self sufficiency through stable employment in jobs providing a living wage and benefits, with opportunities for advancement.
