At The Center's Economic Development Department, we believe a secure financial foundation is possible for everyone in our community. We have designed four unique programs to help you flourish:

Workforce Development
Workforce Development helps increase the number of satisfactorily employed LGBT people.

Business Development
Business Development helps LGBT entrepreneurs create and grow small businesses.

First Time Homebuyer/Financial Growth and Development
First time Homebuyer and Financial Growth and Development education programs help stimulate self-sufficiency through guidance in the home buying process, budgeting, savings, and long-term financial planning for community members.

The Transgender Economic Empowerment Initiative (TEEI)
TEEI helps transgender individuals achieve financial self sufficiency through stable employment in jobs providing a living wage and benefits, with opportunities for advancement.
