A business workshop about how to write a business plan.
Thursday, March 12, 2020
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM PDT
SF LGBT Center, 1800 Market
Are you looking for an investor or lender and are asked to present a business plan but don’t know where to start? You are not alone.
Many new or existing business owners got stuck. Many of them asked, how do I write a business plan? What is the best template for a business plan?
Writing a business plan is not rocket science. However, if you have never written one before, it can be a daunting experience as you simply don’t know what should be in it, what is important, and what your audiences are looking for.
Many business plan classes or workshops ask you to go through a few weeks long workshop to learn about writing a business plan. However, sometimes, you simply don’t have that much time to go through the long workshop.
I have condensed the long business plan workshop into a two hours long basic one. Through the workshop, you will learn about the basics of writing a business plan, how to write a plan that your audiences will like, what each section should focus on, and more.
Hopefully, after this short workshop, you will feel comfortable about creating a winning business plan that can help you achieve your goal.
The workshop is hosted by Eddie Tang, the Small Business Consultant at the LGBT Center.
This workshop is free for current SF LGBT Center Small Business Program participants. Please contact us for the free tickets.
