This year, we have chosen the theme, Building the Block. Building the Block reflects the collective strength and resilience of the LGBTQ+ community. Just like a strong building rises from individual bricks, our progress comes from each of us contributing our unique talents and experiences.
Pride Fundraising Partners
We’re also excited to unveil this year’s Center Pride Fundraising Partners, who generously support us with donations from product or event fundraisers during Pride month. These partners support the Center’s work, giving LGBTQ+ community members a safe, welcoming space and access to vital resources.

SF LGBT Center present's Building the Block: Purple Pride Party

Join our iconic purple building for our FIRST-EVER Block Party! As the first event of its kind, Building the Block is OFFICIALLY launching San Francisco Pride season! We’re proud to support the 20th annual Queer Women of Color Film Festival, showcasing 44 transformative films! This year’s theme, ‘Joyful Reunion,’ invites us all to explore stories of resilience, identity, and community. Don’t miss out—book your free tickets today!

Pride Summer Wellbeing Fair

In partnership with Mukunda Studios and Tendwell Collective, this Pride season, explore a unique way to honor yourself and your community at the Pride Wellbeing Fair! Launched in 2022, this seasonal event offers a spiritual and holistic approach to self-care, fostering a space for LGBTQ+ individuals to connect and celebrate their well-being.
This event goes beyond a typical wellness marketplace. We curate a welcoming and informative environment centered on BIPOC and LGBTQ+ experiences. Here, you’ll find a diverse range of practitioners, from yoga instructors to sound healers and therapists, offering workshops and guidance tailored to our unique needs.
