LGBT Career Fairs and Employer Spotlight Events

Our signature career fairs provide a professional networking forum for employers and job seekers to connect, network and gauge employment opportunities. With over 25 job fairs produced to date and over 5,000 community members in attendance, the LGBT Career Fair Series is one of the longest running programs. The Center produces annual diversity recruitment and networking fairs, which feature employers and community partners, large and small, throughout the Bay Area.

Also at the Center’s Employer Spotlight Events learn directly from top Bay Area employers, LGBT employees, and senior level executives as they share their stories, insights and experiences around diversity in the workplace. These spotlight events showcase a variety of companies, job openings, and provide opportunities for job seekers to learn about a specific workplace culture, insider hiring strategies and networking prospects.
