About: Join the SF LGBT Center for a FREE, beginner-friendly 3-part series moving and grooving to hip hop music while getting a full-body cardio workout—instructed by our very own Director of Cultural Programs, Timothy.

Xtreme Hip-Hop Step is a high-energy fitness class that combines step aerobics with hip hop music and dance, offering a fun and full-body cardio workout with dynamic routines set to old and new school tracks. 👟🎶
