LHiV 2 Zero: Our Truth. Our Power. (Live Cultural Experience)
Where: In-Person, SF LGBT Center (1800 Market St)
When: Friday, July 18th, 2025 and Saturday, July 19th, 2025 | 7-9 PM
About: LHiV 2 Zero, presented by the San Francisco LGBT Center and the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, will be staged over two inspiring evenings on July 18th and 19th in honor of National Zero HIV Stigma Day.
Originally created by Timothy Hampton (now Director of Cultural Programs at the SF LGBT Center) for National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day in 2017 at Tennessee State University, LHiV 2 Zero has captivated audiences across the country—touring from 2017 to 2019, and most recently revived at Paramount Studios in 2023.
Now, this landmark production arrives in San Francisco, featuring local Bay Area community members and spotlighting the lived experiences of those most impacted by HIV stigma. Through powerful storytelling, song, dance, visual art, and advocacy monologues, LHiV 2 Zero will celebrate perseverance and amplify voices within LGBTQIA+ BIPOC communities, especially those of transgender and non-binary folks, older adults, and people engaged in harm reduction efforts.
