About: Join Openhouse and the SF LGBT Center for the opening reception of “Open Heart, Open Art”, an art exhibition that centers the lives, wisdom, and experiences of LGBTQ+ older adults. About the Exhibit: “Open Heart, Open Art” showcases original works by four queer elder artists, celebrating themes of aging, intergenerational wisdom, and pride within the LGBTQ+ community. Through diverse mediums, the exhibit invites personal interpretation while reflecting on the artists’ experiences—spanning autobiography, isolation, accessibility, and community, while offering insight into the richness of queer life across generations.

Beginning Monday, November 11, the FREE exhibit will be open for public viewing through Tuesday, December 24. Regular viewing hours are Monday through Thursday from 2-5 pm, by appointment only.
