Join our iconic purple building for our FIRST-EVER Block Party! As the first event of its kind, Building the Block is OFFICIALLY launching San Francisco Pride season! Get connected to local resources, local small business vendors, BIPOC-owned food trucks, and experience live entertainment from Bay Area LGBTQ+ creators.

Building the Block will offer resource connection through the Center’s suite of programs and services, including community programs, employment services, youth services, financial services, and cultural programs. During the event, community members will access connections to valuable information and resources inside the Center, while the exterior will offer engaging community-building spaces for the LGBTQ+ community. This celebration will include local small business vendors, BIPOC-owned food trucks, and live entertainment from LGBTQ+ creators from the Bay Area and beyond.
