The SF LGBT Center Employment Services team is thrilled to host the SF Giants in preparation for the upcoming baseball season that kicks off in March 2023! On Wednesday, February 15th, from 11 am to 2 pm, hiring managers will be at the Center looking to fill over 400 open positions.

Whilst the “B” in LGBTQ+ is often said to make up the largest percentage of people, bisexual folks can feel left out of the queer conversation. Join us in honoring and celebrating all of our fluid identities at this very special Queer & Well series. Join us every other month for workshops featuring different Bi+ facilitators and small group discussion with others in our community. Our intention is for folks to leave feeling more connected to themselves and the bi+ community and gain a new perspective on the power of existing beyond binary ideas.

 What better way to cap off your Creating Change conference experience than a visit to San Francisco’s LGBT Center?! Conference attendees are invited to visit and tour the SF LGBT Center, where you’ll also have an opportunity to meet staff from the Center and several more local LGBTQ organizations, including the SF Community Health Center, Openhouse, PRC (Positive Resource Center), and more! Light refreshments will be served.

During this workshop, you will learn about the basics of business planning, why people write business plans, the best practices for creating an attractive business plan, and a breakdown of how each section of a business plan should be created.

Please join us on Tuesday, July 25th, at the SF LGBT Center to celebrate the unveiling of our newest building mural, Joy is Fuel, by the incredible artist and educator Alma Landeta! Drop by the Center anytime between 4-6 pm PT to meet and snap a photo with Alma and the new mural. We’re also hosting a raffle via social media!

Healthysexual will provide a conversation around protective measures to promote safe sex. We’ll talk about HIV and other STI’s, testing, ways to talk about safe sex with a partner/s and more! This event is for youth 16-24 years old. Snacks and a meal will be provided!

This year we are beyond thrilled to be collaborating with the Freedom Community Clinic for a new 6 month residency, our dates are: 2/22 (Acupressure and Cupping), 3/15, 4/19, 5/17, 6/21, 7/19. Feel free to sign up for 1, or all experiences!

The amazing FCC team will be offering 2 different modalities per month; including acupuncture, community moxa/cupping, sound/energy/EFT healing and reiki.

Queer & Well is thrilled to present a new monthly yoga series which takes a journey through the 7 chakras. Chakras are energy centers within the body that correspond with different colors, regions, and parts of the body. Starting at the Root Chakra, we will move our way up toward the Crown Chakra. Each offering will hold space for Chakra focused Vinyasa, meditation, and an open discussion. This is a space to practice, connect, and tune into the body. Through tapping into the colorful rainbow chakras within, we can unite as a mindful queer community.
